Staff Engineer (Production Engineering)

Qualification

Age 22–25 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field. (minimum GPA 2.50)
0–1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Good command of English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Able to use design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or other related programs.
Basic knowledge of machining processes, jig fixtures, measuring tools, or cutting tools will be an advantage.
Good problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tasks.

Support and improve machining line operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Improve production processes to increase productivity, reduce defects, and enhance work efficiency.
Prepare, update, and control operation standards, work instructions, and related production documents.
Control and follow up production engineering projects from concept and design through completion.
Design, select, and improve measuring tools, cutting tools, jig fixtures, and related production equipment.
Support new machining line projects, robot projects, new model projects, and model change projects.
