  1. Age 22\u201325 years old.<\/li>\n
  2. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field. (minimum GPA 2.50)<\/li>\n
  3. 0\u20131 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.<\/li>\n
  4. Good command of English communication skills.<\/li>\n
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).<\/li>\n
  6. Able to use design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or other related programs.<\/li>\n
  7. Basic knowledge of machining processes, jig fixtures, measuring tools, or cutting tools will be an advantage.<\/li>\n
  8. Good problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n
  9. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","job_responsibility":"

    1. Support and improve machining line operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.<\/li>\n
    2. Improve production processes to increase productivity, reduce defects, and enhance work efficiency.<\/li>\n
    3. Prepare, update, and control operation standards, work instructions, and related production documents.<\/li>\n
    4. Control and follow up production engineering projects from concept and design through completion.<\/li>\n
    5. Design, select, and improve measuring tools, cutting tools, jig fixtures, and related production equipment.<\/li>\n
