Staff Engineer (Part Production Control)

Qualification

Age 20–28 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. (minimum GPA 2.50)
1–3 years of experience in Part Control, Material Planning, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or related fields.
Knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, and Inventory Control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Good coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Good command of English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately with planning data.

Follow up and coordinate with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered according to production requirements.
Control and monitor parts delivery, including preparation and follow-up of daily, monthly, and special part delivery schedules.
Coordinate new model preparation, including new package control, new model part readiness, and related supplier activities.
Support production planning and parts control activities to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor and control inventory, part supply, and material availability to prevent part shortages or overstock.
Survey, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers for production preparation and improvement activities.
Prepare reports and related documents for part control, supplier follow-up, and production planning.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to solve delivery, planning, and part supply issues.
