Staff Engineer (Part Production Control)
Qualification
- Age 20–28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. (minimum GPA 2.50)
- 1–3 years of experience in Part Control, Material Planning, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or related fields.
- Knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, and Inventory Control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately with planning data.
Job Description
- Follow up and coordinate with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered according to production requirements.
- Control and monitor parts delivery, including preparation and follow-up of daily, monthly, and special part delivery schedules.
- Coordinate new model preparation, including new package control, new model part readiness, and related supplier activities.
- Support production planning and parts control activities to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor and control inventory, part supply, and material availability to prevent part shortages or overstock.
- Survey, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers for production preparation and improvement activities.
- Prepare reports and related documents for part control, supplier follow-up, and production planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to solve delivery, planning, and part supply issues.
