Production Planning & System Officer

Qualification

Age 22–28 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Industrial Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (minimum GPA 2.75)
0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Good command of English communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with ERP, MRP, BOM, Mapics, or related systems is an advantage.
High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Maintain and update model, part, and BOM (Bill of Materials) data to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information in systems such as iPart, ERP, and Mapics.
Manage production-related data to support Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing operations.
Support and improve Production Control systems such as Smart Picking, E-Kanban, and Smart Production Data.
Analyze data and improve work processes to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency.
Support Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives, including RPA implementation.
Monitor and control critical part risks (Part A-List) and develop work manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth and accurate production operations.
