Safety Manager

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety.
At least 10 years of experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Thai safety and environmental laws, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, PSM, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Certified Safety Officer at Professional Level or other relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.

Plan and manage annual safety, occupational health, and environmental activities and budgets.
Oversee risk assessment, safety inspections, incident prevention, and corrective actions in accordance with ISO 45001, PSM, and legal requirements.
Supervise safety training, contractor safety, PPE, emergency preparedness, and occupational health programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental laws, regulations, and required reports.
Manage occupational health services, annual health check-up programs, hospitals, medical service providers, and related vendors.
Coordinate with management and relevant departments to resolve safety, health, and environmental issues and drive continuous improvement.
