Safety officer

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety.
Minimum GPA of 2.75
0-2 years of experience in Safety or Occupational Health; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in Safety within a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Monitor workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, including new machinery and equipment.
Investigate workplace accidents, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare safety procedures, reports, emergency plans, and required legal documentation.
Organize safety training, awareness campaigns, and related EHS activities for employees and contractors.
