Staff Engineer (Production Engineering)

Qualification

Age 22–25 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field. (minimum GPA 2.50)
0–1 year of working experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Good command of English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of PLC, automation machines, or machine control systems.
Able to use design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
Knowledge of jig fixture or tooling design will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Good problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Support assembly line operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Prepare, update, and improve operation standards, work instructions, and related production documents.
Support PLC programming and machine control systems.
Support, troubleshoot, and improve automation machines in the production process.
Design jig fixtures and special tooling to support production operations.
Analyze production issues and propose improvement actions to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and shorten working time.
